| 1977 | Founded primarily to serve the electronics industry with a total of four molding machines and 15 employees. |
| 1980 | Growth strategy was anchored by Family/Modular molding techniques. Expanded to 10 molding presses. |
| 1988 | Moved into a newly constructed 65,000 sq. foot facility. |
| 1993 | Toolroom expansion completed. |
| 1995 | Executed a new strategic plan to shift toward molding speed and accuracy. Procured smaller molding machines over traditional capabilities /economies of scope. |
| 2000 | Lean initiatives and consolidation program reduced labor cost by 60 percent. |
| 2005 | Engineering process improvements led the way to Lights-Out manufacturing. |
