In order to efficiently
manufacture a wide variety of custom molded plastic parts, Aucilla
operates 22 automated molding cells, with press capacities ranging
from 35 to 200 tons. All manufacturing operations are under
one roof, in a modern 65,000-square-foot facility, with climate-controlled
molding rooms to help maintain our elevated quality standards.

Manufacturing
facilities are fully optimized at Aucilla, enabling us to provide
competitive pricing on parts that are of unquestioned quality.
We are able to achieve 24/7 production scheduling, while using
only two shifts of personnel, through the use of automated molding
and material handling processes. Even after production workers
have left work, our "Lights Out" production continues
around the clock, including weekends. Shown, at right, are examples
of some of the equipment used to maximize cost efficiencies. |
